Career

Magdalena Kalinowska specialises in individual and collective labour law, along with social security and immigration law. She advises international and domestic corporations on various ongoing issues related to hiring and firing key personnel, as well as all issues related to operations of a workplace in Poland, at every stage of its activity. Her experience includes advising on employment structuring, with particular emphasis on adapting the terms and conditions of employment, to the realities of the industry and the corporation, shaping incentive schemes, employee benefits, as well as employment restructuring.

She advises clients on preparing employee documentation and internal regulations, including those concerning occupational safety and hygiene rules as well as company social benefit funds. She also has many years of experience in advising on employee relocation issues.
