Ewa Żbikowska specialises in international tax law, in the tax aspects of M&A transactions, in structured finance issues (including securitisation, factoring and cash-pooling schemes), as well as in planning and implementing senior management remuneration schemes.

She provides day-to-day tax advice to companies from the FMCG, financial and construction sectors. She also successfully represents clients in tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts

Ewa graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and Postgraduate Studies in Tax Law at the University of Warsaw.
