Linda Funck has a broad corporate, banking and financing practice. She has advised on takeovers, restructuring, mergers, company and business acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs, as well as on financing aspects of these transactions including secured lending and structured finance. Linda is also active in the field of information communication technology (ICT) and data protection. She advises companies, banks, private equity houses and other financial institutions on such transactions. Member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2000.
