Career

Karin Graf has extensive experience in handling complex national and international disputes and has been successfully representing her clients before national courts and arbitral tribunals for more than 20 years. Her focus is on corporate disputes, commercial trade, banking matters, insolvency related claims and matters of enforcement. In addition, Karin Graf regularly serves as arbitrator, primarily in international disputes regarding commodities, distribution, licencing and in corporate disputes. 

Karin Graf studied at the University of St Gallen and was admitted to the bar in 2002. She worked for the District Court of Bulach (Zurich) at the beginning of her career and gained experience in three leading Swiss law firms before becoming a partner at her last firm in 2015. In 2003/2004, Karin Graf pursued her studies for a master degree (LL.M.) at Queen Mary College, London. For several years, Karin Graf was a lecturer for Civil Procedural Law and International Arbitration and currently acts as member of the board of the Zurich Bar Association.
