Kate Romain, Partner, is a member of the Corporate team. She has extensive experience representing clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She handles matters involving both privately and publicly held companies.

Kate is a lecturer on cross-border M&A topics at Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
