Benjamin Kanovitch, partner who has been a member of the Corporate team for more than 20 years, is a highly regarded expert in the field of securities law and mergers and acquisitions.

His practice includes a very broad spectrum of matters, including cross-border transactions for French and international corporate clients, acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies, private equity transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

He also advises companies on their key governance and regulatory issues.

He leads seminars at universities in France and in the US, and regularly contributes to consultations organised by the French authorities and regulatory bodies.

Benjamin is a corporate law expert in the legal think-tank, the Club des Juristes, and was notably the rapporteur of the Shareholder Activism Committee.”

He joined Bredin Prat in 1999 and was seconded to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York for two years from 2001 to 2003.
