Mikkel Anker Heegaard is a lawyer in Bech-Bruun’s M&A practice group and advises Danish and international enterprises on the acquisition and sale of enterprises. His advice covers the various aspects of the transaction process, including conducting legal due diligence investigations and drafting and negotiating transaction documents.

In addition, Mikkel has experience with advising on investment agreements, structuring of the investment process as well as other matters relating to the capital increase in companies.

Mikkel also provides advice on general corporate law, including setting up enterprises, reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, mergers, demergers, solvent liquidations and other corporate law matters.
