Jens Christian Hesse Rasmussen specialises in M&A.

Jens Chr. advises Danish and international clients on the acquisition and sale of enterprises, private equity and venture capital investments and the establishment of, reorganisation of, and investment in private equity funds.

He advises on regulatory issues, transactional structure and contractual documentation, such as transfer, investment and shareholders’ agreements. Jens Chr. has extensive experience in structuring equity-based incentive schemes and the employment and taxation aspects of transactions.

Jens Chr. represents clients in lawsuits and arbitration proceedings within his area of expertise and also acts as an arbitrator.

His expertise moreover extends to the AIFM Directive and the Danish regulation of alternative investment fund managers.

Jens Chr. serves as a director in several small and medium-sized Danish companies.
