Lasse Vittus Hupfeld specialises in M&A Real Estate, rendering advice to both Danish and international clients in all types of real estate transactions. Lasse assists, in particular, clients on acquisition and divestments of commercial and investment properties, property development projects, including forward purchase/funding models as well as joint ventures.

With a solution-oriented approach and driven by the commercial elements of transactions, Lasse both manages and drives complex transactions in a structured way, which is highly valued by clients.

In addition, Lasse has extensive experience in advising clients on general real estate matters, including commercial lease law as well as management and operator agreements, general corporate law issues and investment structures.
