Position

Associate. Hanna Lundeberg Raanes works with public procurement, competition law, and construction law, with a special focus on dispute resolution.

Hanna has within a short period of time, Hanna has worked with a number of procurement law issues in several industries, including the automotive industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the financing industry and the construction industry. She also has experience in court cases, including interim injunctions and main hearings, concerning i.e. the rejection of suppliers and the cancellation of competitions.

Within competition law, Hanna has particular experience related to information exchange and other anti-competitive behavior. She assists in providing general legal advice, in major compliance projects and in cases before the courts.

Within construction law, Hanna advises in both business and consumer contracts and has, among other things, worked with cases concerning engineering errors, final settlements and deficiency claims.

Hanna rapidly learns the relevant facts of a case, is professionally skilled, and has great commitment. She has a special interest for civil procedure, and her master thesis was on the requirement to specify the demanded evidence in civil proceedings. Hanna also writes articles and gives lectures in the areas of law she works with.
