Career

Dearbháile is a managing associate  in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. She has 10 years’ experience in legal practice, devoting much of this time to real estate and tourism. Dearbháile acts for private clients and companies, mainly from foreign markets, that wish to invest in residential or tourism properties in Portugal.

Dearbháile was president of the Ireland Portugal Business Network in the Algarve, between 2018 and 2019.

Before joining PLMJ, she did a summer internship at the Lisbon office of Linklaters, in the financial regulation group, and at the office in London in the area of European law and competition.

Dearbháile has a master’s in European and international law from Católica Global School of Law and has participated in numerous conferences and seminars in Portugal and abroad.
