Career

Telma is a senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice, where she focuses on domestic and international arbitration.

In her over 19 years of experience, she has advised on construction, corporate and commercial contracts litigation cases. Telma represents clients from various sectors, including construction, banking and energy.

She completed a postgraduate courses in litigation practice and legal advice at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon and in contract law and consumer protection at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. Telma also took the university extension course in arbitration at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

She is a frequent author of legal articles and a member of the APA – Portuguese Arbitration Association.
