Tanya Surgeon is a senior associate in A&L Goodbody’s Restructuring and Insolvency group.  Tanya specialises in all aspects of business recovery and insolvency and financial services litigation. Tanya acts for local and national banks, insolvency practitioners, funds and creditors in relation to complex contentious and non-contentious insolvency and business recovery mandates. Tanya also advises financial institutions and banks on financial services related litigation, actively prosecuting and defending cases in the Commercial Court, Chancery Court and Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland.
