Testimonials

  • 'The team at Cleary is excellent and has long been one of my preferred legal vendors. I have now worked with the team across an array of transaction types where they have consistently delivered high-quality output/advice and been a key commercial component of helping to get transactions over the line.  Cleary's partners are particularly high touch and the smaller nature of the firm ensures that you get senior-level focus and access to expertise across verticals.'
  • 'Most of our work has been with Joseph Lanzkron who is one of the top attorneys I have worked with in the space. Joe is highly responsive, commercial, and an effective advocate for clients during transactions. Joe has a unique ability to make you feel like you are his only client and turn high-quality output quickly and efficiently to keep transactions moving. Joe is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to growing our relationship with him over time.'
