Zonis focuses on cross-border equity offerings, while Epstein brings multi-sector experience spanning finance, asset management, real estate, hospitality and healthcare. Mariana Estévez advises financial institutions on innovative financing structures, including securitisations and bank-bond structures, for energy and infrastructure projects across Latin America. Jake Farquharson represents sponsors, issuers and investment banks in public and private capital raises. Om Pandya joined the firm from Latham & Watkins, and Jason Parsont departed in September 2024.
