Position
Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department and leads the Civil Securities Litigation Practice. He has represented corporations, boards of directors, and other clients in a wide range of high-profile complex commercial litigations and arbitration matters, including securities, corporate control, antitrust, ERISA, and bankruptcy disputes. He also has extensive experience representing clients in matters before state and federal regulators.
Career
Joined the Firm in 1995; became Partner in 2003. Law clerk to the Honorable Dennis G. Jacobs (Second Circuit) 1994-95.
