Panya is currently a partner in the Bangkok office's Tax Practice Group. He is also active in the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group. During his 23 years of practice with the Firm, he has been recognized for advising clients on highly complex tax structures, international tax planning, tax disputes, and tax litigation. His practice also includes boutique tax areas such as wealth management, customs duty, excise tax, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
Panya worked with the Sydney office of Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group and the Washington, D.C. office's Trade Practice Group. He has extensive experience in international tax planning and US customs valuations.
Panya has also been invited as a regular lecturer for the Wealth Management Law class, Taxation in Real Estate class and Consumption Tax Law at Thammasat University. Panya frequently has been invited as a guest speaker at client seminars on wealth management and international trade.
