Uría Menéndez‘s IP team has built a strong and growing client base, featuring major names in digital platforms, media, entertainment, and telecoms. The group is well positioned to advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters involving copyright. Madrid-based life science specialist Ingrid Pi, image rights expert Carles Vendrell, and Borja Sainz de Aja, a reference for copyright-related litigation, jointly lead the department with Montiano Monteagudo, who sits in the Barcelona office, and advises clients from the pharma, tech, food, textile, and education sectors, among others, on proceedings involving the protection of a variety of IP rights, including copyright.
