Paul specialises in company and commercial law and is experienced in dealing with a wide range of company law issues, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, bespoke commercial contracts and arrangements and ongoing company regulation.
He is also experienced in project managing large scale and complex cross-border acquisitions and in dealing with corporate governance arrangements in a broad range of sectors.
