4 Pump Court garners praise as ‘the go-to set for complex construction arbitration; the strength and depth is second to none’. The set is well known for handling infrastructure, energy and construction mandates which overlap into the shipping space; offshore construction work is a key pillar of strength for the practice. The ‘fantastic advocate’ Sean Brannigan KC continues to handle high-value claims for Korean contractors, and Sean O’Sullivan KC has a solid track record in acting for contractors in disputes arising from oil projects. Robert Scrivener is ‘a dream to run a case with as he is always several steps ahead of what needs to be done’. Andrew Stevens is sought after for his expertise in advising on major infrastructure disputes in the nuclear, wind, solar, water and oil and gas sectors.
