Position
Lisa Linklater KC specialises in advocacy and advice in complex and high value High Court litigation in:
- Shareholder disputes (unfair prejudice petitions, derivative claims, just and equitable winding up petitions and breaches of shareholder agreements);
- Corporate insolvency and restructuring (administrations, liquidations, CVAs and restructuring plans, as well as property issues in those areas);
- Contractual claims (particularly share and business sale agreements);
- Commercial fraud
- Partnership, LLP and joint venture disputes;
- Claims against directors; and
- Law of Property Act receiverships.
Lisa is acclaimed for her excellent and versatile advocacy in trials and substantial applications in the High Court, in the Court of Appeal and in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. She is adept in cases involving expert evidence, particularly of a financial nature. Lisa frequently acts in cases with an international dimension.
