Selmer‘s intellectual property team is well established across a range of industries, including the media, technology, and energy spaces. The team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular expertise in intellectual property litigation. Overseeing the practice is Henriette Solbakke Jørgensen, who is instructed on a breadth of IP matters, including the assessment of IP rights, and disputes.
