He focuses in particular on the law governing tax collection (writs of execution, attachments, setoffs, notices of liability) and on criminal tax law (Fiscal Intelligence and Investigation Service/Economic Investigation Service). Frans Sijbers also conducts proceedings and negotiations in complicated tax cases. He regularly gives courses to tax consultants, accountants and lawyers.
