Will provides unrivalled residential property advice to his clients, exclusively on a one-to-one basis. Will’s clients come to him as they know, in him, they will have a genuine expert at the end of the phone, whenever they need advice. His approach means that his clients do not experience the misery often associated with moving home – poor service, no personal contact and being left in the dark.
Will’s approachability and clear communicating style is the result of more than a decade of experience in residential property in leading real estate teams in both London and Cambridge. He provides insightful, pragmatic advice and his clients can be reassured that he will not delay or prejudice their sale or purchase by unnecessary concentration on trivial matters and that he will always act in their best interests.
His extensive experience in high-value and complex residential property (held onshore and offshore) has resulted in numerous clients instructing Will in relation to all aspects of private residential property including sales and purchases, advice on easements, covenants, first registrations and de-enveloping property held in offshore corporate bodies.
Will leads the residential property team. His ethos of providing the best possible service and being available to clients is observed by all our expert residential property lawyers; communication with clients is key.
