Karli is a Partner in the Real Estate team at Bates Wells, with over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions.
Her work includes acquisitions and disposals for a range of clients including charities and investors as well as dealing with all aspects of landlord, tenant and property management work.
Karli also deals with secured lending transactions - advising both borrowers and lenders and has also represented developers on the acquisition of sites subject to planning permission.
