Mark is a Partner in the Real Estate team at Bates Wells, acting for commercial, charity and private clients in all aspects of commercial property, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work, lending and property management.
Examples of his work include the acquisition of a development site for the BFI, refinancing of the Eden project, taking a lease of London headquarters for an international energy company at an annual rent of £1.5m and acting in connection with leases of offices at 30 St Mary Axe (the Gherkin) and the Shard.
