Rosie is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Bates Wells, and she has been here since 2015. She specializes in a wide range of property transactions, advising clients that include commercial organizations, investors, financial institutions, charities, social enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals.

Rosie’s expertise covers property sales and acquisitions, lease negotiations, and lease management for both commercial and charity sector clients. She also has experience advising sports bodies on security and funding issues related to grants.

Recently, Rosie supported a major charity with real estate due diligence during a nationwide restructuring and provides ongoing property management advice for retail clients.
