Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP has swiftly established a prominent infrastructure finance and M&A offering in London, advising sponsors and investors on complex cross-border transactions across energy, transport, digital and social infrastructure assets. Ex-Clifford Chance LLP trio Christopher Sullivan, Taner Hassan and Silvia Menendez joined the firm in the summer of 2024, with Sullivan and Hassan sitting among the team co-heads. Sullivan is highly regarded for his M&A capabilities, leading complex leveraged buyouts, takeovers and investments, while Hassan is particularly experienced handling a range of infrastructure financings, including acquisition financings, refinancings and sustainability-linked financings. Fellow practice co-leads Stefan Arnold-Soulby and Will Aitken-Davies are key names for sponsors and their portfolio companies active in infrastructure and its various subsectors. Tom Levine joined the practice from A&O Shearman in July 2025 and provides further digital infrastructure capabilities.
