Advised the consortium formed by Vauban Infrastructure Partners (Vauban) and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) on the hedging arrangements in the context of the refinancing of the existing debt as part of the acquisition by Vauban and CDC of the entire share capital of Coriance, which is, with a portfolio of more than 40 district heating and cooling networks, the 3rd largest player in the French market.
Advised Giarole on the interest rate hedging arrangements in respect of the refinancing of the Matarnia Retail Park in Gdansk, Poland, between FREY, a commercial property investor and developer listed on Euronext and active in France, Spain and Portugal, and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A through a €50 million loan.
