Position
Arbitrator specialising in commercial arbitration particularly all aspects of insurance, reinsurance, professional negligence work, and actions for and against financial institutions. Frequently involved in Arbitrations involving insurance and reinsurance claims but also many other commercial and financial disputes, particularly oil and gas, oil rigs and pipelines, mining, power stations and commodities. Christopher chairs, and sits as the party appointed Arbitrator, in Arbitrations under the auspices of the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, PCA, AAA and other institutions, as well as ad hoc Arbitrations. He also has considerable experience of Bermuda Form Arbitrations.

Called 1972; QC 1989; deputy High Court judge; bencher Middle Temple; member of Irish, Northern Ireland, Gibraltar and Brunei Bars; formerly junior counsel to the Crown (common law).
