Lindy transferred to the Bar to act as full time third party neutral in 2017 having acted as counsel for many years, as a partner in a law firm, latterly  CMS. Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales 2009 (previously In Scotland) . She acts as international arbitrator in a variety of commercial  areas including energy and construction; corporate and real estate. She  has experience in many civil law jurisdictions( in addition to common law)  including UAE; Saudi Arabia; Sweden; Finland; Denmark; Argentina; France; Romania as well as having practised as arbitrator in a number of African states. She regularly acts as arbitrator under ICC; LCIA; DIAC as well as in ad hoc arbitrations.   She has chaired  a number of high profile standing Dispute Boards in the Energy sector.
