Called 1982; pupillage Chambers of Kenneth Rokison QC at 3 Essex Court (gaining a background in commercial law, including insurance, banking and commercial arbitrations); pupil to Simon Thorley QC, Chambers of William Aldous QC at 6 Pump Court (now Chambers of Richard Miller QC, Three New Square) 1983; appointed one of Her Majesty's Counsel 1998; Co-editor of Terrell on the Law of Patents 18th and 19th editions. Head of Chambers at Three New Square IP from April 2018.
