Barrister specialising in all areas of intellectual property and information technology, including patents, copyright, trademarks, passing off, registered and unregistered designs, broadcasting, media and entertainment, breach of confidence, and contractual disputes involving IP and IT. Cases in the past twelve months include: Collingwood Lighting v Aurora Lighting [2014] EWHC 228 (Pat); Abbott & Anor v Design & Display Ltd & Anor [2014] EWHC 2924 (IPEC) and [2014] EWHC 3234 (IPEC); Alfrank v Exclusive [2015] EWHC 1372 (IPEC); and Akhtar v Bhopal [2015] EWHC 154 (IPEC).
