Position
Jack specialises in financial remedies, with particular expertise in applications under Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989 and the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA). He has a strong interest in cases involving pensions, farms, and family businesses.
Alongside his financial work, Jack undertakes a wide range of proceedings under the Children Act and the Family Law Act. His practice includes domestic and international relocation applications, as well as cases concerning allegations of domestic abuse and controlling behaviour.
He has represented clients before all levels of the judiciary, up to and including the Court of Appeal and is frequently instructed to appear at Private FDRs, mediations and arbitrations,
Jack recently co-edited Resolution’s Spousal Maintenance Handbook, to which he also contributed the chapter dealing with maintenance pending suit and legal services orders.
