Hannah has a busy practice specialising in financial remedies. She represents clients in complex cases involving a variety of legal and evidential issues. Such issues regularly include dealing with non-disclosure of assets, public service pension schemes, matrimonial and non-matrimonial property, and company valuations.

Hannah is ranked as a ‘Rising Star’ for Family: Divorce and Financial Remedy in the Legal 500. She is described as having ’fierce, knowledgeable and insightful’ advocacy, as well as being ‘communicative’ and ’client-focused.’

Alongside her day-to-day practice, Hannah maintains an academic interest in financial remedies and enjoys presenting both private seminars to law firms and online webinars for wider audiences. Recent topics have included enforcement in financial remedy proceedings, key and emerging issues concerning costs, and dealing with pensions upon divorce.
