Mohinderpal Sethi KC led a team of barristers in representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Supreme Court in Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia (Cultural Bureau) v Costantine,  a landmark appeal concerning issues of state sovereign immunity.
