Daniel Oudkerk QC has a broad-based trial and advisory practice. He is recognised as a leading silk in employment and commercial dispute resolution. He is often instructed in commercial claims with an employment or regulatory ‘twist’ and in partnership disputes involving competition issues. He has very substantial experience of financial services sector litigation. His clients range from hedge funds, IDBs, investment banks, insurers and regulators to individuals.
