Heather is a highly sought-after junior with experience across the fields of administrative and public law, human rights, local government, regulatory law, professional discipline, information law and data protection. She is regularly instructed in ground-breaking and complex public law litigation and has particular expertise in judicial review claims. Recent public law cases include three appeals heard by the Supreme Court and high profile judicial review claims relating to the closure of London police stations and challenges to the Government’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
