Leveraging significant experience in the real estate, renewable energy, transportation, telecommunications, agriculture, and other regulated sectors, the projects department at MMC ASAFO is well equipped to advise governments, conglomerates, and developers on various project transactions, PPPs, and privatisations. The team is headed by its senior partners, which includes Esther Njiru-Omulele, who is highly experienced in consulting governments in privatisations, Isaiah Mungai Kamau, a key member of the team in project financing and PPPs, and Jessica Mwenje Mayavi, who heads the property division and advises clients on real estate projects.
