KO Associates

The projects department at  KO Associates specialises in matters pertaining to transport and logistics, industrial parks, and renewable energy, and is a key contributor to Kenya’s energy transition. Founding partner Crispine Odhiambo heads the department, and is often retained for her expert advice on PPPs and project finance, and her experience in transport and renewable energy projects. Ken Rutere is a highly active member of the team, and a key port of call in the team for PPP and project financing; Rutere works closely Odhiambo and Abigail Namasaka, whose expertise extends to project financing and transaction due diligence.
