Ken is a Partner at KO Associates LLP and heads the Firm’s Commercial & Corporate M&A Practice. He has vast experience in advising on corporate and commercial issues, among them technology acquisitions and financing, intellectual property, joint ventures, banking and finance. He has advised leading corporations and financial institutions on preparation of various complex contracts, transaction Advisory for multi-jurisdictional acquisitions, Due Diligence on various entities, Corporate Governance and Restructuring, Conveyancing and Commercial Litigation.

He has been instrumental in commercial lease management for the two leading Telecommunication tower owning corporations in Kenya; Data protection and privacy advisories to various leading companies in Kenya in telecommunications, media, manufacturing, and financial services; and advising and structuring the acquisition and construction of Affordable Housing in Nairobi while acting for the land owners in a Joint Venture.
