Alexandra specialises in the funds, regulatory and listing practice areas and is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team. Alexandra advises a range of investment fund sponsors on an ongoing basis and her experience encompasses structuring advice and fund formation (both open and closed ended), advising on ongoing fund operation, including regulatory compliance, advising on LP interest transfers as well as term extensions, wind-down and termination. Alexandra joined Ogier in 2008 completing her training as an English solicitor within the Business and Trust Law Group and dispute resolution practice.
