Bedell Cristin‘s funds team is particularly adept at advising real estate funds, including investment syndicates and joint ventures, and is also noted for its advice to Middle Eastern managers on the structuring of Sharia-compliant investment vehicles. Martin Paul heads the group, advising a client base of private equity and real estate funds on their transactional activities, while Richard Le Liard is the key contact for regulatory issues, ranging from Jersey’s AML regime to international tax compliance and data protection.
