Advised Gedi in proceedings initiated by Meta, Microsoft, and Google before the Italian Communications Authority (AGCom), as well as before the Regional Administrative Court (TAR), the Council of State, and the Court of Justice of the European Union, in relation to the request to annul AGCom’s regulation on so-called “fair compensation” (Resolution No. 3/23/CONS).
