Adv. Levy Amitay manages the firm together with Adv. Tal Atsmon and Adv. Aya Yoffe. Among others, Levy specializes in large-scale residential, commercial and office projects, as well as in real estate finance transactions and in the legal consulting of holding groups and real estate companies, some of the largest in the Israeli market and internationally.
In recent years, Levy handled a significant portion of the largest and most complex commercial and real estate transactions in Israel - both from the legal rights’ status aspects and from the transaction’s commercial and financial aspects.
Among Levy’s clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and developers of large-scale real estate projects.
