• The standout partner is Rosaleen Byrne, and she is our go-to partner. Rosaleen is probably now the most senior and well-regarded litigator in McCanns. She gets to the nub of the issue quickly and then provides exceptional advice in a timely and commercial manner. As importantly for me, she is not afraid to deliver bad news to a client and is also extremely good at managing cases efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
