Helen Kilroy graduated from University College Dublin (BCL) in 1987 and qualified in 1991. She has been a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP since 1998, having joined the firm in 1988 as a Trainee. Helen's practice is principally in the field of commercial litigation, mediation and related advisory work.

She has wide ranging experience in corporate disputes in particular shareholder disagreements and breach of warranty claims; insurance disputes particularly professional negligence claims; real estate disputes including landlord and tenant claims, planning disputes, compulsory purchases, statutory investigations and enforcement. Helen is a practising commercial mediator, accredited by CEDR.
