Tactic Legal‘s ability to take on cross-border cases was strengthened by the recent merger of the Guatemalan practice (previously AD Sosa & Soto) with the Costa Rican firm of the same name. The firm fields a diverse dispute resolution offering, spanning civil, commercial, criminal and constitutional litigation, as well as arbitration, and is continuing to expand to take in tax, regulatory and family law disputes. Rodolfo Sosa, Carlos Rafael Pellecer and Juan Sebastián Soto oversee the ’excellent’ team alongside directors Daniel Marroquín, who covers the full range of litigation (including white-collar crime and IP cases) and arbitration, and David Barrientos, who heads the criminal law practice.
