Daniel Marroquín has been practicing law in the litigation division at Tactic Legal Guatemala (formerly A.D. Sosa & Soto) since 2015. He credits Tactic Legal Guatemala for placing its confidence and trust in the innovative, passionate, skilled, and ambitious Litigation Division. It was that confidence, that allowed Mr. Marroquín to become a litigation powerhouse in short order. He partners with his clients to determine their goals. He is passionate about learning their business activities and digging deep. Mr. Marroquín believes his litigation experience has provided him with the opportunity to become an engineer, architect, geologist, bleach manufacturer, store manager, and blacksmith, to name a few.
