Andrés Calvo has been practicing law in the litigation division ofTACTIC Legal Guatemala, (formerly A.D. Sosa & Soto) since 2015. Mr. Calvo has concentrated his practice on litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Both of which he finds often go hand-in-hand. He takes particular pride in finding ways to solve matters through alternative methods, such as conciliation and mediation, instead of litigation. Whether he is advising on a civil, commercial, constitutional, or intellectual property issue, Mr. Calvo focuses on solutions besides legal processes and court proceedings that are more timely and costly for his clients. To that end, Mr. Calvo is expanding his practice in alternative dispute resolution to include arbitration. Mr. Calvo’s approach is in lockstep with the firm’s commitment to providing cost effective and expeditious results.
